The Short History

I am a synthesizer, combining business performance with human potential, systems thinking with intuition, and strategic management with organizational awareness.

I started my career in the software industry, where I studied how people work, share information, collaborate, and organize decision-making in order to design intuitive, custom-built software. I often found myself facilitating conversations across functional silos that ended up dramatically reducing the complexity of the software I needed to design.

I learned about Systemic Constellations in 2000 and have since facilitated Systemic Coaching Workshops nationally and internationally. I have been recognized as Top Executive Leadership Coach by Coach foundation, one of the biggest names in the coaching industry. My clients include global professional services companies, Fortune 500 companies, family owned businesses, and startups.

I bring my passions to my work as an executive coach, leadership trainer, and Agile change agent. I have been active in the Bay Area Agile community since 2007 fostering collaboration and peer learning.

In my spare time you are likely to find me out on the Bay racing sailboats in my endless pursuit to improve race strategy, team work, and the mysteries of trimming sails.
